Commissions

I create bespoke artworks in close collaboration with my clients, shaping personal ideas into finished pieces that feel thoughtful, distinctive, and perfectly suited to their space.
Whether you are considering a portrait, a painting of a house or garden, a special view, or something more imagined, each commission is approached with care and attention to detail.
I work across a fairly diverse range of styles, allowing every piece to respond naturally to its subject and setting.
Alongside more traditional commissions, I’m very happy to discuss ideas that extend beyond my usual scope and value the creative exchange that comes from working on something unexpected; if, however your idea doesn’t quite fit into a defined category, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, as I am particularly open to commissions that present a creative challenge or allow for a more conceptual or exploratory way of working.

Please get in touch using the form, providing as much information as possible. I will review and make contact with you to discuss further, this will then lead to a quote and if you happy with this I will forward an invoice for 50% of the total, which is due before work commences and the remaining 50% on completion. Shipping and framing information will also be discussed at this stage.

I find it is often not possible to give an exact completion date, but will estimate a time frame and as the painting develops I will keep you informed of progress.
On completion, any ‘tweaks’ can be made to your complete satisfaction if necessary.
